In 2019 the Austrian Brewers signed a Memorandum of Understanding on listing ingredients and nutrition information for alcoholic beverages and the Brewers Ambition 2022 that ingredients and energy information (in kj/kcal per 100ml) figure on the label of all pre-pack beer containers provided to consumers in the EU.
