Promotion of responsible alcohol consumption and behaviour
Grolsch promotes responsible alcohol consumption and behaviour within the company. We provide accurate, considered information about responsible alcohol consumption and make sure that Grolsch employees take responsibility during work and in their free time. The employee guidelines can be found in our alcohol policy. All employees follow these guidelines and these are highlighted in the Grolsch Beer Ambassador Programme aimed at new joiners, as well as in a specific Alchol (ABC) training for all employees.
Grolsch tour guides are also trained to promote responsible drinking to the brewery visitors. People who take a tour not only get an explanation about how beer is made and how the brewery works, but also about responsible alcohol consumption.
