Stakeholders : Radio & television Board
The Alcohol Advertising Board has, after discussions with the Ministry of Culture, initiated a coordinated collaboration with the Radio and Television Board to formalize and improve the joint effort targeted at the protection of children and young people.

The Radio and Television Board is a board set up by the Ministry of Culture and responsible for offering broadcasting licenses to Denmark’s radio and TV channels and also supervising to ensure that the stations comply with the various legal requirements.

A co-operation agreement between the Radio and Television Board and the Alcohol Advertising Board has been drawn up with a view to forming the framework for future co-operation, which takes into account the Radio and TV Board’s and Alcohol Advertising Board’s competencies, distribution of tasks, etc. The co-operation agreement is based on the AVMS directive’s requirements for self-regulation and codes of conduct with a special focus on the protection of children and young people.
