APCV’s brewers’ code of self-regulation for all commercial communications

In Portugal APCV’s brewers’ code of self-regulation for all commercial communications was updated in 2015 and included a new compliance mechanism involving the third-party ICAP (The Civil Institute for Self-Regulation of Commercial Communications, the competent national self-regulatory organisation – SRO).
The percentage of total compliance of Portuguese Brewers over the self-regulation code is measured every year by the SRO ICAP, now termed ARP-Autorregulação Publicitária, and is as follows:
- 2020 – 100%
- 2019 – 97.8%
- 2018 – 98.6%
- 2017 – 93%
- 2016 – 97%
- 2015 – 98.5%
- 2014 – 95%
- 2013 – 100%
